yes, the specials have black epaulettes, and shoe-like feet, whereas the ones from the victorian guard set have blue epaulettes and old klicky-type feet. Also, the torso pattern is different.

I'm buying a case so hopefully there will be four of them then I may get more later because this should be easy to feel for parts.

I know this has been tossed around before... but there HAVE to be enough of us planning on getting cases that the "extras" could be distributed to get people what they want/need... of course that 100 isn't going to work  :lol:
