I don't think it is a new steck set Richard.
If I am correct, It looks like the hill fort from this set:
Knight Action Set

The top of the steck wall pieces are the only steck in the set. :(

This was an example of the 5863 Knights superset with a steck tower added (with open sides for visibility). The tower is 2x2 battlements, while the base has a 2x3x3 arrangement. The 2x2 tower can sit inside the new battlements.

This new Pirates Superset looks to be in the lighter stone color used for the Pirates theme, and would make a nice base for one of the old prison 3351/3859/3914/9989 sets.

But the grass on the old one goes all the way around. The new one in the picture has water at its edge but a palm tree on one side?

The one I have is packed away but isn't the base one piece? Did they paint the new one differently?
