did playmobil produced toys in forein countries such america in the 90's

i've seen recently a 3830 made in the usa i don't think that in the 90's playmobil were made in different countries exept of the exclusive sets??

Playmobil was being made in 1996 in Malta and before.  At first they just made the figures and later the smaller sets too.

yes i know that about malta too!! are they still making playmobil there??
one more item i know that was made in usa is 3652 tournament set

Yes they moved into a brand new, big, state of the art factory a few years ago.  All the figures are made there now.

All the 123 are made in Malta also. You can visit the factory if you go there and there is also a Fun Park.
Nice shop ans cafe.
