Thanks for the link to both Playmo 80. I did not know of realize the 4 dragons were representative of the 4 elements and there were so many games incorporated into the theme
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

 ??? ??? ???

i am very disappointed about the asian theme. so much potential and such a poor result. the small asian roofs have no potential for building bigger houses and they look like they have the size of birdcages. how many draggons does the modern playmokid need ???? it would have been great to have a typical asian dragon custom for like 4 playmos instead. some parts are reminding me of 80s He Man - Fantasy Style.

the city life sets are all super clean and have nothing nice in my eyes. playmobils Bahnhof Neustadt from the 80s had more flair then these sets.

you can see on the reactions: "i might need that one hair piece from the supermarked"that these sets are all disappointing.

and maybe geobra should think of giving up the strict "no merchandise" policy. if they don`t have the right ideas they should do some proper film merchandise like lego does so very succesfull ( star wars !!! )

just think about a good harry potter or lord of the rings playmobil world - that would have been awesome.

Well, so far they seemed to manage to get away with not paying. I'm surprised.

My wallet doesn't wanna think of the LotR possibility. And I suppose in playmobil, I'd FINALLY see what's nice about Harry Potter.

'Getting away with not paying', true ... but it's a bit like owning a pair of market-bought 'Rebooks' sometimes - a second hand unlicensed idea, when you could go out and buy a pair of original Reeboks ;)

I wonder if the top parts of the Asian castles can be removed and be used as houses. A pity they didn't come up with some simple houses, a dojo for instance (that would be cool!) or a system with simple Japanese walls -the black and white rectangles- and a wooden floor (the ones used in the western theme) to build your own house (or dojo  ;D)

I do like the klickies that come with the castles and the new weapons!

Untill whoever owns Lara Croft these days comes knocking... Not to mention that woman, I suppose.  Not sure if Disney can make a stand...

If I were Lady Gaga I'd sue.

But then again, there's nothing wrong with 'licensing' per se - the 90s Robin Hood theme counted a bit (a little bit) as licensing, in that it was based on a real fictional character/s.

But we've been having this discussion re licensing a long time and we will never agree. Whoever prefers to have proper Star Wars sets will go and buy Lego. And whoever wants to play with these idiotic surprise bag aliens/spacemen and pretend they're lime-coloures stormtroopers can do that too. It's a free world.

They didn't even use the bamboo fence from the Asian zoo set. I could see leaving out the gate. Maybe they will finally have a bamboo fence add-on. They must have sold a ton through parts dept orders.

i would really like to know how much the DS orders make in percentage to the "normal" orders / buys...
