I wanted to go ahead and show pictures of this building set up as a general store with living quarters up above for the rather rich family who owns it. I'm going ahead and showing it, because I decided to change it for my western town dio. I decided it makes more sense to use this large house as a saloon and hotel, so the general store is now in a much smaller building.
Anyway, here is my grande western general store.

overview of the store

can you guess what part the counters are made from?

fabrics and spools of ribbon

jellies for sale

the shopkeeper is watching this child carefully to make sure she doesn't touch those breakables!

customer looking at some new tools

lanterns, buckets, crates

canned and packaged goods, fancy hats, and a few toys

and a few more items for sale
Now the living quarters above the store:

an overview

living room

luxury bath

kitchen... with a very primitive stove!

I need to get on ebay and get a better stove

and the bedrooms in the attic

childrens' room

another view... these girls are very spoiled with all these store-bought toys!

and the parents' bedroom

Not all of the furniture is historically accurate, especially all the shelves, but I had limited stuff to work with. Hope you like it!
