Before I show you the result of this little 'event' today, I would like to tell you the story of how it happened.

Right, I am driving down a busy town high street with my driving instructor on a lesson, slowly going in second gear stuck behind some youth in the middle of the road on a bicycle.

Something catches the corner of my eye in one of the shop windows; the charity shop to be precise.

Imagine like in a film, slowly driving past, mouth agape, whilst scaring my instructor sensless from my exclamation.

I kindly request that we pull over so that I can go on a 'mission' ;)


So, we pull over in a bus stop a little down the high street, and I make a break for the shop, which being 5:30, was closed by now.

I can see lights still on, and some old women over by the till. I banged on the door until a startled old lady came to unlock it and give me the lecture of 'I'm sorry but we are closed!'

I proceed in explaining that I must by this in the window, and I'll pay you whatever, but I must have it!

Anyway, the box was taken to the till, and the ticket price of £20 was handed over.

I left feeling rather happy ;)

And this was what I saw in the window!




In the box, we can see that there is a lot more than just the Merry men's feast!




The set is missing one chick, and two Klickies, with the third being brutally attacked. But all the rare stuff was there which was most important :)




And here is a close up of all the odds



The purple knights set is just missing the jousting pole and shield, and the executioner just the dagger


I just can't believe my luck sometimes! 8} 8} 8}

I never knew that dude in the black armour was a special as well - and he is complete! :yippee:

I've now added a dagger from my spares to complete the executioner, and the brown shield for the purple knights :)
