Hm, those are some very good ideas, Gis! That's something to check into about carrying DS items because TRU will most likely never have that. It would be very effective for them to sell say the zoo sets and have every kind of animal add-on, plus all kinds of extra fencing. Ok, I'm going to have to go back there when I have time.

Carrying the DS stuff is an advantage. Of the two local shops I frequent, one carries the entire DS catalogue!  They are priced the same as the website. The regular sets are way overpriced. So I shop there for specials and DS stuff and go to the other shop and get my sets because they are priced as the website.

Went to a mom and pop store here in town that I had never been to before, called Santa's Toy Emporium. We got the following, all on sale, around $90 total for all of it. ;D



We had a very interesting discussion with the owner of the toy shop, which I have posted about in the common room.
