I was on the edge of my seat waiting for my knight to appear - he looks wonderful!  :inlove:

Before we start with the official Jousting Matches today the tournament will be opened by Prince Tom and Sir Merriadoc!



Here we see Sir Merriadoc up close, getting ready for the first pass.



Young Prince Tom is quite overwhelmed when he sees the size of the field and the number of onlookers.



And there they go, the horses gaining momentum!



Prince Tom manages to sneak his lance on the inside of Sir Merriadoc’s shield and scores a body hit. With that the opening match is finished and they ride up to the King's Throne!




The King then loudly proclaims, with this I declare that the Jousting Tournament has officially started!

Due to a plane delay I am later with posting pictures as well as the fact that I didnt have time to take the single elimination pictures. I will post group matches Tuesday and Thursday night and then move to the Single Elimination during the weekend.

Apologies for the hold up.
