Here are those update photos as promised.
First you can see I added guide wires to help keep the mast stable.
I got lucky here because this ship comes with several extra wires
that I just strung up there for now to get an idea of what the wires will look like.

Then I switched out one of the antenna for a strobe light.

Since I will also be using this ship as part of my fake Kingdom
I added the Rutilian flag to the back of it. I can take it on and off depending,
When I show you the finished ship I will have it off,
I was just testing. ;)

And here's the crew. The captain I switched out with a coat for a more historical look,
then the other crew member I gave some baggy pants and a low belt. (Just for fun.)
And finally  have a passenger whom I will give a vest too
when I order my next batch of parts... (Which should be today! ;D )

I will be painting the pipe black with a red top. We will go shopping for the pain in the next couple days. :)
I hope you like the new additions.

It's looking great, WoT! This is such a neat project. I love your crew for the ship, too. Can't wait to see it finished!

P.S. Have fun shopping for the pain.  ;D

Well, there wasn't a standard uniform in the merchant navy (and maybe there still isn't).  The only possibly odd thing about the lad in the green jacket is the holster, but that could just be because he's the engineer and carries a wrench about in it.

Exactly what I meant to get across, but from the opposite way, as it were.
