My first Color
« on: November 26, 2010, 14:32:59 »
I got my first color set this week from ebay

It is more of a jumble rather than a set, but it came with the pens which I most wanted

Does anyone know what the blue pen does, and why it has a blue lid? ???

Damo :)

is it a magic marker? it erases or change the color of the other markers? just guessing....

Have you tried adding a very small drop of water to the tip?
It might help. :)

It says what it does on the back of the packet! - it is a 'corrector pen'!

Fantastic little mixed up set Damo!! If i can recall correctly, the corrector pen is used to erase or make the lines of your colouring better!!

Great set! I've always thought the color sets were such a great idea for marketing to children. I loved coloring on my own animal stripes and spots as a child.

This is basically one of the only 2 color sets released under the 'Playpeople' brand by Marx-Toys. I have it featured in a Marx Dealer catalog. The other set 1606 I have with box. This stuntrider set has not been featured in the 3rd edition of the Playmobil Collector.
