Well, Emma, there's really nothing I can add to what's been said, which is just as well as I'm speechless at your creation - the detail, the layout, everything!

  :-[ Thanks every one for all your kind comments.

Great idea Emma, love the characters
How do you plan on moving characters from room to room, will they go straight there or in stages?
(BTW Did someone mention you were going to make Hogwarts?  I'd love to see your version of it.  I'm planning on making Hogwarts and Hogsmeade for our 2011 Kirkbean Exhibition.)

Elaine

Thanks Elaine. I had a look at a cluedo fan site and it said there was a travel version where I think you just had to roll a certain number to move from one room to the next. I did think a making a mini board with pictures of my rooms on it then I managed to get hold of a real game. Maybe put a small board on the roof?

As to Hogworts errrrr what a project I just haven't got enough steck to build it. Besides I think Daniela has already built it.

All I can say is I was very lucky when asked about a cluedo mansion that I happened to have such a lovely house to hand. Being a cat owner a love the fact I can close it up without anything being disturbed.

I've been asked to put lights in it and to provide a corpse, so I've ordered new lights and when they arrive I'll add some more pictures.

Thanks Emma, I didn't know about the travel version, that sounds a better idea than moving in stages.  Look forward to seeing your corpse!
I've seen Daniela's version of Hogwarts before and it really is wonderful.  I was hoping to see another version too!
I have lots of ideas for mine and will have to forfeit my medieval town (and buy more steck  >:D ) but hope it will be worth it.   :)

One word. Wow.

Although, is that really a word?
Yes. It is.
It is also an appropriate word for the situation.;)
If I’m jealous, you did SOMETHING right. Keep it up. :D

I absolutely love your Clue house! SO much detail! I have wanted to do that myself but didn't know what to do for the pool table. Yours is so perfect!

I also really enjoyed seeing the Calico Critters/Sylvanian house used with Playmobil. I often wondered how they would look together since the scale is so similar and they have a similar stylized (toy-like) attention to detail.  I have often thought about picking that one up to expand my Victorian neighborhood. I think the house will blend well with the Playmo versions, while still adding variety to the street scape. (Any chance of seeing the house next to a playmobil one?)

Again, great job!

Hello, it's time for the promised update. I have lights!

Fabulous Emma...is that the sylvanian families mansion?

Yes it is, and I now have proper lights to fit all the rooms. I've also done the corpse. In the game the victim can be shot, stabbed, hanged or bludgeoned. So I've done a body with all the possibilities. It's up to the player to decided which was the fatal "blow"

The next pictures were taken in daylight and then in a dark room to show off the lights. The photo's aren't the best they needed a longer exposure but at least you get the idea.

The Ballroom has a larger chandelier now.
