One evening, Feorctegot was sitting cosily at his home in Degandorf,

FEORCTEGOT "Sir Elmo! Young Fletcher! What a wonderful surprise!"
SOPHIA "Meow ..."



ELMO "I was going to pay a visit on Fletcher, but he showed up at the Tavern with his mandoline, and I got the flute, so I thought, 'Why don't we go visit our old friend, Feorctegot?' ..."
FEORC "Oh? ..."
FLETCHER "Hello, mr. Feorctegot!"



ELMO "... and show him this new tune we've been working on, once ..."
FLETCHER tests the strings

FLETCHER "Well, a bit, I guess ..."
FEORC "That's WONDERFUL!, because I've been playing alone with poor Viola all these years!, and never found any companions to share tunes with ..."



ELMO & FLETCHER (together) "Ohohh ..."



FEORCTEGOT "Well, lets lose no more time, lads! Lemme take 'er from her rest! ..."

ELMO "Okay, it begins like ..." (sounds the flute)



FLETCHER begins playing
FEORCTEGOT improvises a voice of melody



They play all night, and then, they drink a little, and get enthusiastic about their plans for playing for the Sycian court ...

The Sycian Kingdom used to be a passage
between Tapia and Eretiaea.
These ways are no more.


It is known, however, that Degandorf was still -- for a while,
at least -- passage way for some who wished to escape Sycia.

It is forbidden. But it had a purpose, while it lasted.



Feorctegot used to live with a cat.



Cats are creatures curious by nature ...
