I didnt give them their chinese hair-cuts.....these are probably the oldest type of complete hair pieces(where hats/caps are not needed) I got from a PM buddy....(or are you actually asking about their knots? which are actually push-pins )

May I ask what you are doing with the bodies? 
They look back-to-front but then again there is no gap on the backside either... Are these special made casts? Then they really have a perfect imprint!
