Howdy from Germany!
« on: August 30, 2010, 22:01:13 »
Hello playmofriends!

My name is Jens-Markus, I live in Germany, I'm 40 years old and very pleased to be here among so many like-minded and playmo-collecting people from places all over the world.

1974 I got my first playmobil as a present of my grandmother: 2 construction workers. Since than I'm fascinated by this smiling little klickies, regardless of whether cowboy, knight, pirate or soldier. - Of course (or better: regrettably) since considering myself as to "grown up" to fiddle with "toys" my klickies had to withstand several years of exile parceled in boxes in the cellar...

But a couple of years ago I was reinfected by the playmo feaver. My main interest now belongs to the western and acw theme. So together with some friends I build and showed several dioramas the last years. Last one last week at the LuxPlaymoDays in Luxembourg, showing a playmo version of the confederate city of Charleston after the fall of Fort Sumter.

Looking forward to look around here a bit and meet & read you all.

Best regards
Colonel Klicky
