yes it's missing many parts you can't make the house with these parts ,and no you can't make an expansion with them , you can if you buy some separete pieces from somewhere else but you have to make tapestries of your own ,because these walls have mixed tapestries ;)this auction is good for buying the first 5300 version of the box .that's the intresting and rare! the rest are common you can find other opportunities to get more mansion parts and in better condition cheaper
