Not a real set, obviously. ;)
Someone probably made it for their own amusement.

If you look carefully you can see that the pictures have been digitally pasted into the photo of the Special box.
 
It's especially noticeable on the small side photo where they have left some of the original pic showing.

It is a Taiwanese in-joke. They used this body because it has the name of a famous Taiwanese sportsman Wang (softbal player?). He is big in the States and the Taiwanese are very proud of him.

The box is originally 4618. So the number on it is made up.

Ali Baba's right. Box 4618 has been used as the base for the new image. Compare the pathway, grass, the clouds in the sky and the shadowy building in the top left corner. They are identical.

The person who edited the image removed the child klicky from the picture and retouched the areas which were not  covered by the new "Wang" figure, probably by cloning bits of grass and pathway.

It's not difficult at all to do this if you have good software (e.g. Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro) and a little skill and patience. :)
