playmobil trains made by LGB ?? and shipping costs for the trains

are playmobil trains made by LGB , what kind of company is this and why does it made the trains for playmobil ?
 
also which is the shipping cost for trains ussually? for a western train that seller wants $742.70 to send it to greece  ??? ??? ??? ???

The train was made by Playmobil but the track in the box was LGB

No, the train (engine and carriages or trucks) was made by Piaymobil.  The railway tracks the train ran on was made by LGB.

Some of train manufacturers when they make the trains and coaches ect will use track from another company. Why make your own track when a company nearby is already making track. A tie up between the two is good for business. Playmobil stated in there sets if you required more track then they supplied then use LGB track.

Hi

Did you win? @ $600 + the $742.70 for shipping that is one expensive great western set. I watched it all the way to the end and even with my love of this set and it being new could not bring myself to paying that much right now. It is not only rare in a complete state but this was new in the decent condition box  :o I hope it goes to a nice home.
