I don't know how this one was distributed but JMC did have their own airline so maybe it was an inflight gift/merchandise.

JMC Holidays began operating under the JMC name in March of 2000, primarily operating from London Gatwick and Manchester airport.
According to Wikipedia, JMC ceased in March 2003 and was rebranded as Thomas Cook Airlines.
