looks like the seller has been to Malta or knows someone out there.

They are what I call Valletta figures.

Valletta figures.

Theres a market in Malta's capital Valletta which has been well known for selling mixed up figures and rejects.
 You see lots of them on eBay and I just call them Valletta figures.

There's an auction running with some now.

Thanks Gordon, I thought that he/she :-\ was a firefighter, but I was thrown by the arms/legs :)

Well, you know how it is, as a fire-fighter, especially if you're turned out from home at night, you grab what you can and run, dressing as you go!
