Well DS is doing something screwy....

DS USA reformed and now is a totally horible system.

They are asking you to put you creditcard in a regular email and send it to them!
And then when you call them they no longer want to actually have to deal with people so they make you leave a message as opposed to leaving you on hold.
(Which in the end actally got you someone!)
With this system they never get back to you, I called them 3 times and the one time they actually got back to me I was out!
Now they just wont retun my calls, and even durring "buisness hours" they don't pick up!

Is there anyone I can call or email, someone I can talk to to get this fixed???
Richard, maybe you could bring it up in your next meeting.
