I really like these sets-  Thanks for the detailed pics...  Unfortunately there are so many sets I want...

They were made by LJN and then mattel . Some very cultish action figures some MISC go for up to 300-400 dollars. Very nice artwork on teh cartons and a nice set - fortress of fangs that works nicely with playmobil. i have two of these sets one boxed ( but opened  ) and many spare parts for these rare sets. i have about 200 actions figures some common ones many times over as i really liked these sets . you can find them on ebay and many loose items. The northlord weapons for example look awesome with mediaval / fantasy klickies . Will post some pictures later when i have some time 

Long ago, I discovered that the sword from AD&D's Warduke figure fits a klicky's hand nicely. I still have a customized "barbarian" figure armed with this sword that I made when I was a kid.

I am sorry playmo1989 - but I disagree with you there. I've seen the new castles and I quite like them. Of coarse there's no substitute for Steck  - but if I leave the construction art aside then I do quite like them. When I saw them they were better then I had imagined.

Though i havent bought the system x castles as i personally dont want system x and buy steck all the time , but agree there can never be enough mediaval playmobil or steck , i want to buy thousands of mediaval klickies  and steck and trees etc etc and built a covered storage building of no less than 100m2 and fill it with mediaval playmobil , castles, cities, vikings, dragons, forrests, magic , etc etc , ****** ooopps******, i just woke up !!!!

I will settle for 500 shiny new nuremberg guards . i need 500 for my city .. please help !!!!!
