Hello to all Playmofriends!!!
My name is Panos, I am 29 years old and I live in Thessaloniki, northern Greece.
I am in love with Playmobil for as long as I can remember! The little smiling figures were my first toys in childhood! I still remember building small cities on the livingroom carpet and especially setting up a hospital with two or three 3490 sets!
Well, time went by and some of my sets were either lost, lend or thrown away. I will never forget the day I looked for the remaining pieces and sets in my parents house storage room back in the mid 90's. I packed them even better and left them forgotten for a few more years, while still looking, but not buying or collecing unfortunately, onto new sets and themes.
It was in 2006 that I got a glimpse of the 3315 dark knight and got totaly hooked up! That was it! Since that day I started rebuiding my old sets, collecting older ones, buying new ones and eventually got into customising.
I love the knights, pirates and western themes. While I admire colors and variations on all Playmobil themes, I enjoy the endless worlds and possibilities that these three themes provide to the adult collector/customiser.
I descided to join Playmofriends so that I can exchange opinions, ideas and emotions with other people who love Playmobil as much as I do. I would like to share my collection and customs with you but also learn from you!
