Otto and his son Warin took a free ride on the closing drawbridge.
And, now they're stuck with only their beer and each other to keep them company ...

Suddenly the drawbridge opens. Ooops ...
General Gervase and Guard Captain Ranulf are riding out to do an inspection.
"Did you hear anything, Captain?"
"I thought I did, General. But, I don't hear anything now."

Very nice Richard, thank you!
That chromed armor sure looks nice when it is new.

Thank you,

This probably sounds ridiculous for a child's toy ... But, the only way that I've been able to keep the chrome looking new is to never touch it with my bare fingers. I guess the oil on our skin really tarnishes the chrome plated plastic. And, once it's tarnished, there doesn't seem to be any way to clean it.
Thanks again and all the best,
Richard

That's a super castle Richard - and it all looks so new!
Loved the touches of humour in the guided tour
- what happened to Otto and Warin?

Thanks for sharing the great pictures Richard.
Ah, so you're one of those who only takes the Playmo out of their pristine boxes with the white cotton gloves then?

Hello Richard
Wow what a beautiful castle
It really does look like it has never been touched. The colors are so vivid. Some of your pictures should be on Playmobil's boxes.
I keep going back and looking at them over and over
Thanks for posting this story
