That looks really nice Gloobey! Good use of those parts, have you started on a roundhouse yet? :D :D
Only in my dreams Gepetto, only in my dreams...
Ah, this is an cool idea. I think the large doors from the new fire rescue theme would also make some good engine shed doors.
These doors are great, but I believe they run on a track. I need a door that's hinged so that it doesn't interfere with the track. The roll-up door from the take-along garage is a possibility. The green doors that I'm using are definitely too short.

I like teh steck shed Highlandcattle. It solves the height problem the same way that I tried it. 1 1/2 sections is just the right height. Two sections makes it too tall. I always wish I had a 1/2 section that was timbered or masonry, though. I'd love to see Playmobil come up with an official set for an engine shed, switch tower and other railway buildings.
What's the point of going, if you can't get there on a train?

Now that's a great idea.
Perhaps the doors of the take-a-long shed of the new roadworks theme could do the trick too?

Hm, I'm not sure, because it has an integrated floor and it's closed from all but the front side. As Gordon said, if then only the one half. Unfrotunately I do not have a train/engine to test with.
