I would like to take time to say that this 5th & final part of my photo story “Playmobil City Fire Department has a fallen hero. PART 5” has been most difficult to complete. It has taxed my memory extensively in regards to proper department etiquette, & procedures, along with bringing back tearful events whose pain is as raw today as they were in the 20 years of volunteering for this type of adrenaline rush caused by being a firefighter, & an EMT.
I have attempted to be as lifelike, honorable, & respectful concerning the material in this following story as my memory of past events will allow me to be. I have attempted to not be overly detailed, but just highlighting some of the procedures carried out here in the USA mostly because this is an International forum, & these types of events are handled differently world wide. I hope I have achieved my task. It is sad but this is an actual event in real life that occurs all too often in this line of work. Please be sure to give thanks to the individuals that risk their lives everyday so others may live, & be safe.

Shortly after this sad event, Playmobil City Fire Department Arson Investigtion Units reviewed the digital pictures that were photographed two days before this tragic event. The photos revealed the large hole that was cut in the third floor to route the fire suppression system water pipes had been done without notifying the proper building code inspectors after the documentation photos were taken. The construction company was fined a sustantial safety violation fine, & lost their contract to continue work on the project. The second violation was issued due to there not being any safety barricades put in place to prevent accidents like the one that took the life of firefighter #2354. The two construction workers that were arrested are still in jail trying to raise bail. This is the finale of this photo story.
