Your custom looks great! Your work is clean and the paint lines are well defined. Nice job. Is this modeled from an actual uniform?
What's the point of going, if you can't get there on a train?

Wonderful!!

I like the pouch on the back of his belt and how you painted part of the sword black. 8-)

It makes it look like it's in a protective sheath. Was that the reason?

Lifeguard?

That guy patrols the beach and dives after drowning swimmers?

In that hat????

Joking!  It looks great!

(In the US, life guard means something completely different).

Hello, Pingo ...

Great avatar and figure!

And, a BIG welcome to Playmofriends!

Yes. Pingo has created a very nice custom of the "Gala Uniform" of the Royal Danish Life Guard. (The Gala Uniform is worn only on special occasions ... like the Queen's birthday.)

Usually, the Royal Danish Life Guard wear their blue uniform.

I should imagine so, Sylvia.  At one time I had a few swords and one of them had a black scabbard with brass fittings just like the on in Pingo's custom.

And congratulations, Pingo, on a very fine custom and avatar.

Very nice figure  :D

I have been to Denmark, and saw these at guard at the royal palace
I bought some miniature guards, much to my annoyance they were made in both blue and red

Why was that a problem 8}

EDIT: I guess, now, that you wanted a figure in blue only?
