New to the board from North Carolina, USA.

Helllooooooo Everybodeeeeeee!!!! :wave:

  I'm Fritz, a lifelong toy enthusiast from Greensboro, NC, USA!! I collect (and trade, and sell) lots of toys, including Die-cast Japanese Robots, various action figures from around the world, Lego, and, of course, Playmobil!!! I had some US cavalry and knights sets as a child, and the Viking sets pulled me back in for my third trip (had a decent collection in the late 90s, too) through Playmoville!
  My Playmobil collection includes Knights, Vikings, Romans, most recently an armada of Pirates; and my lovely wife Betsy, a lifelong Dollhouse collector, recently dove into the Playmomadness 8} with a Grande Mansion and a stack of room sets; with a couple extra floors on the way!!!
  I can be found on ebay as captainamerica (I have some Playmobil fs); I'm always glad to look for a certain item for a fellow collector; and I looooove to customize!!! I'll be posting some pics of my many customs and (my and my wife's) growing collection soon.

 I'm very excited be joining this board and am looking forward to meeting all of you! I can't wait to expand my painfully limited Playmoknowledge. Did I mention I love to trade? International ok!!

Good to hear about your collection, sounds very like mine. I have some US Cavalry who are among the oldest figures in my continuous ownership (i.e. bought when they were new), and recently dusted them off to add to my recent DS purchases.

I see you're mostly into the historical themes, while your wife prefers something more recent. My wife's collection so far onyl includes cats!

It's wonderful to have another enthusiastic and creative Playmobil fan join the forum. :D

I think we're all as excited as you are! There's some fantastic new sets lined up for release in Europe this year. 8-)
