A generalized translation is that Marklin has bought LGB. It looks like perhaps Marklin had been under reorganization themselves and that they are at least partly owned by the British investment firm Knightsbridge.

Hi,

I'm not fanatic of Playmo train, but I know enough Märklin (HO) to understand that it will give a good results. I'm impatient to see a new product of this. If somebody can send later a pics of this, many thanks  ;)

Good to hear! Although I'm not with trains, I was a little bit sad about to hear that LGB closes/is sold. Now I'm happy that there seems to be a good solution and LGB goes to Märklin which resides with it's HQ right some few kilometers from here in Göppingen.
