He is from 5145. I found it for sale for only $8 & got 2 of them. The whole set is pretty spiffy.

She looks very content, Although that last picture, I do not know if it is the angle or how the helmet is placed but it makes her facial expression appear as if wants to watch the world burn...

That boat is lovely - and I just think it's so nicely designed. Wasn't that set exclusive to the Netherlands?
