Probably, that's what it looks like to me. We won't know for sure until the instructions or parts sheet shows up. I am assuming so until proven otherwise.

The new roman sets are such a let-down. the set with the turtle formation especially! wish the soldiers had the same uniform. two of them have nothing on their necks, they look so bare. they should at least have come with capes. cheapo! the new shields wouldve come in handy for a new roman faction, but as it is, the klickies themsleves are still the same. meh. i will get the caesar and cleopatra set though. but such a wasted opportunity. another pyramid! they shouldve given us a roman fort instead.

I'm holding out hope that it's a "pre-theme", in other words they're seeing if this does well and if it does they'll come out with more next year. But yes, a lot of missteps in it.

do they ever do that? i dont think so, but i love uour optimism. werent they supposed to release a musketeers theme once, according to rumours? i wanted what happened to that.
