2018, another special set - SOUS LES PAVÉS LA PLAGE

:) this would be a duo pack blistrer with a policeman and a protester.
it would be made specially for the french market to mark the may 1968 protests.
extras would be a scarf to hide the protestor's mouth, a lot of pavement bricks, a gas cannister, maybe a motorcycle hemet and, of course, a full armour for the police, including the shield.
a special care has to be put in these last items though - they have to look "vintage".

p.s. a woman's liberation commemorative set could also be great for 1968.
burning bras would be a difficult item to include in the set though...

They could do sets for modern riots too. They did that blister pack that was like "cop + Occupy protestor". How about "French youth + burning car"? That would be cool. "Cop + Baltimore looter". The possibilities are endless!

if there are s.w.a.t. and crowd control sets, there must be some sort of enemies to justify their existence.
having this as an obvious path, all we have to do is to define the little extras that give sets their ambiance.
the german shepard is a very good idea.
i was told that they use bulldogs in some countries (i have one and a chicken would be more useful but maybe it's just mine who has a problem).
the bottle is also a very good idea.
if i may, i would suggest that a little flame could be added.
the burning car is pure genious.
i would add some burning garbage bin or tyres too.
some klickies, i am sure, would prefer them.
baseball bats (i think they are already available in a figure or special set).
knives, of course.
tv and stereo sets, for a complete looting look.
sport scarves for the hooligan scene.
this could be the first of a series of sets linking a lot of playmo-themes: police, firemen, hospital, city services.
finally a way to have all of them together without to much of a narrative effort.
