Gerat course looks like a good challenge, I like the skip and the crate of drinks, personally I think with are old spueaky barrows you'd need very careful barrowing or you'd get totally soaked  :-[

Final Part - Bob Runs the Course

Bob was eager to go, and he got off to a good start weaving confidentally through the cones.

Bob carefully pushed his wheelbarrow to the top of the skip.

He wasn't very accurate, however, on the other side of the skip.

And the wheebarrow slipped away, causing Bob to fall after it.

Bob crashed the ground beneath the skip.

And he didn't get up again.

'He's unconscious,' said the Foreman.

Sam took the bucket of water out of Bob's wheelbarrow, and threw it over Bob.

'I don't think that is the right thing to do,' said the Foreman.

'Oh well, he's awake now anyway,' said Sam, 'Do you want a drink, Bob?'

'I don't think that is the right thing to do, either,' said the Foreman.

Bob wasn't interested in having a drink anyway.  He seemed very dazed.

'I will telephone Bob's wife,' said the Foreman.

Bob's wife soon arrived, and she said that she would take Bob home.

'We'll put you in bed and then call the doctor,' she said, 'You might have concussion.'

'You're the winner, Sam,' said the Foreman, 'So the whole crate of drinks is yours!'

'Let's share the drinks,' said Sam.

'And then we can play some games,' he said.

'It's a shame that Bob is missing out on the fun, but he would only want to make it into a competition anyway....'

Very nice finale, looks as though the construction crew recovered relatively quickly after Bob's concussion!

Another great story, keep them coming!

Brilliant, as always!  :)9

That last shot looks like it could have come straight out of a comic book.
Bob's wife happily taking him home in his wheelbarrow, that's priceless too  ;D

Great story, rather unexpected ending though. Those guys better be careful playing around at the worksite after drinking. they could end up worse than Bob.

I love how the foreman is encouraging his workers to goof off at the construction site

Wonderful story and photos, and the ending really took me by surprise.
