You have enough height there you could use small blocks so some figures are higher, then put others more in front of them.

oooohhh, will definitely give that a try! With some of them I have put some of the accessories away and that helps with the busyness etc.

I've used the block thing in my collection too. I got a 2X2 piece of wood and cut it into 4 inch pieces, painted them, and set them towards the back of the shelf. They work great. I also thought of getting those kids play blocks with the letters on the sides for some whimsy, but they're way more expensive than I thought they'd be.

As for organising them, I like what you did. My collection is mostly klickys, animals, and a few small odds and ends. I've toyed with the idea of grouping them all by color because it might be more visually appealing, but they way I have them now feels like it tells a bit of a story, so I haven't futzed around with doing that. But you're more than welcome to try the idea out.

The Figures look very good this way. I like them more and more! I enjoy my collection more when I  change my display once in a while. I like doing that. The rearranging is a lot of fun.

You zoo looks nice.

I love the way you have the figures displayed.  They look great on those white shelves against the white wall.  And I like them in the random order too.  Great use of Playmobil to make cheerful, colorful and fun "art" for your office wall.

Thanks for posting.

That is a very nice collection and I think you did a great job making them look beautiful
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

What do we think of stepping up a second row of figures? Of course the rise in the back will be white and I might just use one long thin piece of wood.

I don't think it looks too busy and actually gives some figures some extra 'air' around them.

I think one long white rise in the back of each shelf would look great. It would give them a bit more elbow room (well, at least until you buy more klickies ).

Looking good! I was just thinking about doing the same thing in my animal display.
