Playmobil Trains
« on: September 30, 2013, 07:24:23 »
Can someone tell me when did Playmobil started making trains?  Were they both steam and modern?  When did they stop making trains?  Is there a site that shows Playmobil trains?

I see on their website accessories section and in their catalogs, they include some sets and track, but no train sets.

My LEGO club has a large number of trains and layouts we do at train shows and I would like to have a Playmobil western train.

The German site used to have an archive, but it looks like it's under construction now.

Collectobil is out-of-date, but it shows some of the past train sets.

Many thanks to both of you.  Oops!  It was only after I posted this topic that I saw the section devoted to Playmo Trains.  Moderators please move this topic to the train theme, thanks.
