You might have tried this already, but I looked on Tiermann's awesome heraldry site, but it isn't there: http://animobil.info/shields/

Maybe it's a sticker that someone made? I think there might have been sets at one point that had optional stickers for different heraldries, but I'm not entirely sure. Someone here with some of the older sets will probably know.

It's a not uncommon heraldry in real life, but there isn't a Playmo shield like that I know of. Must be a custom? There was a white shield of this type in a color set at one time.

This exact design (with the leopard sticking its tongue out) is available all over the internet. It's a custom shield, you can even see the previous printing hasn't completely been erased on the upper left edge.
The person who did this item didn't even bother to draw the leopards again, he/she only scanned or imported a picture in Photoshop.
For copyright matters at least, Geobra would have had the design redone.
BTW, in heraldry, this animal with its muzzle facing the viewer is a leopard, while a lion is always seen from one side. ;)
