Seeking 3445 (guard tower) balcony

Does anyone know where I can find older parts, other than ebay?  I've looked for a while for this balcony piece (I'd like a few for my castle!) and can find them at 12 EU + 18 EU postage at the moment.  I know this is an older piece, but it seems like it would be popular enough to stick around.
