Sonoma County Fair 2012

Well here is our first public show. It was at the Sonoma County Train Show. I my wife, 3 kids and a friend set it up in 12 hours on Thursday, 3 hours on Friday and we played/arranged it on the 3 show days.

First we piled up gravel and built the bridge. It all fell apart when I tried to move it so I basically built it on site. Then the gravel got piled up.



Next we started to place towns.



I started learning a common situation, You never have enough. I started running out of LGB straights
. We decided to have one track on the outside of the whole thing. it was 30 feet x 40 feet so that is 140 feet of straights, well I ran out and had to make a 30 foot section out of curves
