Just wanted to let you know that this set is still available here in Canada at "Playvalue Toys".  I've ordered one a few weeks ago.. at a good price also... However I don't know if they ship outside Canada

If you mean 4297,of course it's rare because it isn't included in any catalogue.At least,in Greece is only exclusive in Greek Fan Park,and,as I know, it isn't sold in other shop!

Oops,do you mean 7782 pavillion!It was sold in Greek Fanpark 2-3 years ago,and now it isn't sold anymore!
