Expansions to create a house?What do you suggest?

Hello.I want to start collecting floors in order to make either a big house including about 25 rooms,or 4 smaller houses in order to put furniture from series 5301,5302,4279 and some palace furniture.I mentioned the codes only to understand what furniture I want.Do you know if 7464,7942,7387 have much space to put 2-3 rooms inside the expansion?They have almost the same price,but size differs!!!!Also everyone of these expansions can fit with red tiles of 6220?
And something else.6220 can connected with a second baseplate under the roof in order to create something like a small house with attic?

It would be much helpfull to everyone, to find these sets in playmodb: http://playmodb.org/playmodb.shtml and link the sets here in your posts:

Search the set number and then,when the set page is open, copy/paste the BBCode at the bottom of that page in your post. too be honest.. buy 5301er houses.. quite cheap on ebay.. takeall out and sell the rest. u have more of it as when u would buy extensions

I think you're better off to just buy a house, rather than make one from extensions. If you want to be able to expand it and make it your own way, then go with the 5301. The 5302 is a different building system and harder to expand.

Thanks for the info!In Greece houses are too expensive to buy one,5301,5302 and 4279 cost 160 euros each one.However expansions have the same price as in German DS Catalogue.And from ebay,most of the times,Greece is not available in shipping countries.So the houses  I have found on ebay,even the used ones, have same price as in Greece (if we count the shipping costs).I wanted to start with expansions to buy one per month (about 30-40 euros) and in about 6-8 months to have a complete 6-8 storey house,or many smaller,then to start buying the furniture which is in stores!

  At first I thought you mean real houses ha ha ha, well..... 160 euros is fine , imagine that the 5300 when it was available at the stores in greece costed 220 euros

Yes,I know they are expensive.I though that 5300 was cost about 45.000 drachmas (140 euros).Btw as a child,I had found a sale in a shop that 5300 was cost only 28.000 drachmas (only about 90 euros),but next day I went to buy it,it had finished,so I bought 5305 which it was also on sale,and I paid 17.000 drachmas (about 50 euros)!

Expansions are not too expensive for example with 80 euros (40euros x 2) you have 2 floors,while at the same time one house (with only 3-4 figures extras costs the double price).In addition  everyone can one expansion each month so you give little money each month and it doesn't seem to be much money!

Really!!!!!  i guess these prices were in the 90's right? i searched in many toystores in Athens for 5300's in 2009 (when they were already discontinued) i found about 6-7 they all costed 220 euros, so i guess that was the price for the later years (at least in Greece)

50 euros for the 5305 !!!!! was this in early 90's ?

No I didn't say this!I said about the expansions of 4279 or generally the expansions of new houses,in the second part of my answer!Expansions for 5300/5305 are discontinued here in Greece!
