It's fairly accurate. ;)

The younger Scottish girls don't seem to notice the cold weather at all. I have seen them walking in the town on a Saturday night wearing sleeveless and strapless tops even when the temperature must be close to zero degrees! ::) 

Me, I have more sense than that... and I'm not quite as tough. :P
Of course, in Australia (where I grew up) it is much easier to wear this kind of clothing at Christmastime... ;D
