Ras : i will do some making ofs this weekend. i`m not sure about posting before the dio is ready but i will show pics about how it was done if there is interest. if you have any questions about the modeling parts just ask.

Yes, how did you make every single part  :lol:

 I have so much western stuff now I really want to make a giant diorama. I plan on using real dirt for the base but want to have mountains with tunnels. On the mountain I want spots where trees can be placed and perhaps a wagon trail through a low point. I remember a diorama on playmobored many years ago that was to be in a movie that was very inspirational. I really like how yours turned out and am very curious how hard it is to make. The one thing I want to be able to do is to take it apart for transport. The mountains etc.. need to be self contained. A large train club wants me to show off my sets so I will have a very large space to work with. They rent a huge convention hall.  Some of the scales are small but they are very impressive dioramas

Ras : i wouldn`t recomment to do the hills with real dirt. it will be superheavy and will collaps when you transport it. i made a light underconstruction with wood - the rest i descriped before. i answer gaspodfreud. i also have a little making of my rocks in the making of section.

…i worked on the indian village and gold-digger valley this weekend. the scale and amount of work is huge but also a lot of fun. it looks like i can finish the dio with 4 more working days. i hope i can do it in the next 2 weeks - then i will have more pics.  :wave:
