need help identifying some parts

Hi! I need help identifying some parts. Hopefully from here, I can figure out where the other odd bits and pieces fit.

#4 looks like those horse jumping things (the proper term is at the tip of my tongue but I can't remember it at the moment!)  with fire but I can't seem to find what set it's from

#7 says it's from 1980. Maybe a blackboard? Or could it be from 123?
