22 fits together with 16 to make a freestanding litter bin (from the park sets)

e.g. 3820 - Modern Merry-Go-Round


Does anyone know which wagon part 14 is from? I don't think it's one I'm missing :-\

Damo, it is the same color as the Victorian touring car, I thought it was a piece from that.
