Ok, we consulted on it, and all agree that selling/trading F?gures, at cost rather than for a profit, does not constitute an annual sale. So if anyone wants to list the extras they have available for sale or trade, that is fine, just use the usual caution of course about arranging transactions with members you don't know well. This type of arrangement can be viewed as doing other members a favor, like when certain members have helped others in other countries get regional exclusives. This can help all of us to not have to overbuy in order to get the figures we want.

If there are any slots left, I'd like to purchase a set of Fi?ures 2.
(and if anyone has a set of Fi?ures 1, please let me know!- I don't have any!  :-\ )

Great! When the figures arrive at my local toystore in a few weeks or less, I will buy a case or two and go through them taking out what I want. If any are left, they will be offered for trade or sale at my cost (including our sales tax) to pf members in the US. The tops will be cut open, fi?ure identified, and sealed with clear tape.

Do I need to box them or can they be sent in soft envelopes? If boxes are required, I'll have to add that to the cost of postage when they are sold to members. Should we limit the number traded/sold to 3 each during the first month so that more folks have a chance to get a few this time?

For those of you who did the group shipping thing with Durer and the other exclusive a few months ago, did everyone pay by paypal as expected? Is paypal the best way to go? Ihope that these arrive SOOOOON! Thanks, pgal

Yes, obviously if selling you will need to add on the cost of sales tax, and if you paid to have the cases shipped to you, then you can make up for that in the cost, but it's best to itemize these when listing what you have for sale, so it is clear you are not trying to make a small profit. And I know when I shipped out catalogs, the envelopes needed were $0.50 a piece, cheapest I could get them, so I added that to the shipping cost, as it would have really added up otherwise. That's reasonable and I'm sure no one has a problem with that.

However, when trading, straight trades are probably best, one F?gure for one F?gure, regardless of how much you paid initially for it or what sales tax applied.

Paypal is the best and safest way, but keep in mind to account for the paypal fees and decide who pays those. I sometimes tend to forget about the fee. If you send the payment as a gift, you can choose to assume the fee yourself, and if paying directly from your bank account, there is no fee if sent as a gift.

I'd be interested in a full set of both figures, both boys and girls. I'm sure my gd would play with them all. But, I don't want to guess what's in each bag.
