help me solve this mystery please

This has been haunting me since last night.
First thing you need to know is that I don't have many firemen.
Yesterday I bought a blister with two of them....

and now I have one fireman that I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT IS FROM! I checked playmodb and couldn't find any set I might have and don't remember... so... could this come in a set not from the RESCUE theme?? It is not a special AFAIK.

And this is the one that's loose... it is exactly like the one in the blister but with a different hat color.


All I know is that it didn't come in a lot and I didn't buy it loose... SO WHAT SET IS IT FROM? iT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!

thanks gordon but I don't have that set...  nor any other rescue set. that's why it is SO puzzling

Well clearly he is a volunteer firefighter then.

It could be from a blister set but somebody switched the hats.

Looks like the captain figured a three man crew was not enough so he had a spare suit to recruit another clicky.
