The Three Amigos - Some Klicky Custom Fun
« on: December 15, 2011, 21:17:10 »
Today I was happy to receive a small package containing 3 Klickies that I had bought for customization. I'll give you a little insight in the process, on how to turn them into possible inhabitants for my Western town to be!

First off..this is how these three men arrived:

We'll call them John, Jake and Jim...(from left to right).

John is a good looking lad but his tie was a little too modern for my liking. And red gloves? Hmmm no that won't do either. His hair is cute but I wanted him a bit more rougher.

Jake arrived as an asian guy with very weird hair. Never seen hair like that..has to go. And no offense intended, but Jake is going to have a little change of race, I don't really like the asian look on a cowboy/old west gentleman  8}

Jim seems to have come from a Dinosaur themed set, as his jacket had a back print of it. That's not done in the old west, so Jim will receive a chest transplant  :lol:

Here we go

Warning - Not suitable for the weak hearted!

There...ready for a little washing up and reassembly!

I took out my spare parts box to get these guys ready for the old west, and here's the result:

Jim received a nice new black chest, a nice hat and a handkerchief around the neck. A gunbelt with pistol makes him ready for action!

Jake got a new face, a hair transplant and I added a distinguished looking hat and matching bag. I see him as some sort of wealthy landowner, or maybe a banker or professional gambler.

John received two new arms (it hurt a bit but he'll be ok), a nice tie, hat and gunbelt. And he grew a mustache. Its very manly :)

What do you guys think, an improvement or a horrible mistake to customize them? :)

I think they look fantastic! Brilliant custom work. I never would have thought Jake's torso would work for a western guy, but with that hat and bag, he's perfect. Looks like he just came out west, still sporting his eastern fashions. Great job.

Excellent surgery... have you tried a red handkerchief on John yet? or the kind that hangs loose in the front

Thanks for all the nice feedback :)

@Baron
I did actually try the red handkerchief on John, but it kinda hung over the rest of his shirt and the red seemed a tad different than on his chest. Too bad this "Neckerchief"  isn't available in white!

After two decades of male toys (esp. Lego and PM) in our house, it is time to build something for us women!

What a great transformation, Keesinho! I love them!
Not a horrible mistake at all! <*)
