Update ... I went ahead and ordered both 7230 and 7562 from RidgeRoadStation ($2.47 and $8.93), here's the contents of each bag:

There have been two types of adaptors made for connecting LGB track to Playmobil track.
Also be careful the short extension pieces that are just less than 1” long are sometimes called by some people adaptors.
