Nice figure! Just how fast it appeared on FB shows that the PCC confidentiality isn't working very well. Perhaps it is silly, but by signing up one should be ready to accept membership rules. :-\

It's actually not a PCC issued item so it doesn't really apply.  The museum is the ones paying for it to be produced, and thus there was no confidentiality to it.  The PCC was introducing it to members so that they could make provisions to get it if they so chose.

i'm glad to see another museum stepping up and producing a historical figure. I've got a couple other of the past issues to catch up on and get, but I am glad to add them to my collection!
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)

It's actually not a PCC issued item so it doesn't really apply.

The PCC does not issue any items; it conveys information from the company before public dissemination to those willing to pay for a seat in the first row. So the confidentiality requirement should apply here just as much. Still, I guess it is not as bad as leaking the upcoming catalogue, but, as a stickler for principles, I think it should be applicable here too, no matter who ordered the new product.

I completely agree!! There is a world to win out there, and so many more would be so very well received by adult collectors! I wish Geobra will develop this line. Just today, the new CEO was announced, so let's all keep our fingers crossed that she embraces the idea.

Best wishes

I do wish they'd stop using that sword for historical figures. It's not the right one.

I too am grateful for pointing this out! I did wonder why I couldn't access sale or search links that appear in some member signatures. What number of posts marks the threshold? I guess I better up my posting, which isn't always easy, seeing that PF slowly but surely appears to fade into extinction... Still, good to see that this nice new (leaked!) release brings back some life!

This is the table of titles:

Quote
As your post count grows, your title will change and you will begin to accumulate more klickies as a result of reaching each level.

0-29  Playmo Pal
30-99  Playmo Enthusiast
100-249  Playmo Fanatic
250-499  Playmo Lover
500-999  Playmo Addict
1000-9999  Playmo Master
10000+  Playmo Guru

Saying the forum is fading into extinction is a rather pessimistic view. For a forum this place is doing great, imo  ;D Especially with all the new media around.

Back on topic: I love this new figure   I'm sure they'll keep releasing sets like this because they are clearly popular.

I put this here because I saw it on THAT site. Only a couple of hours later I saw the pcc newsletter and went to peek there...

I still think it's very very lame to find out things there, instead of on official playmobil pages :(
