Nice fort! I think you've done the best job possible with the parts you have to work with.
I have one Fort Eagle and four Fort Renos that I was going to make into one large fort but found that I needed additional parts too. I tried to order them from the US parts department but, as usual, they have been out of stock each time I tried to order.
The log forts are quite flexible, as they can be used in the Roman, Viking, Knight, Pirate, and Western themes.
