To add, apparently there will 5, possibly 6, total kingdoms/territories in the series, according to the info over at AmClicks. I say "possibly 6", because some folks analyzed Arwen's color-changing weapon to represent different territories:

I'm digging the wolf ones. It'd be nice if they're a more metal-based kingdom or mountain territory...but I'm pretty sure it's just the Novelmore knights' other emblem. If you look closely at the castle's windows in certain shots you can see it.
